My policy is to make all call-backs before I go home for the evening. It doesn't always work-out quite so smoothly, of course, but usually it does. But, sometimes the return call you receive will be in the early evening hours.

Please understand that my first obligation is to those who are already my clients. So, they have first priority. Since I'm already scheduled when your first call comes in, the paralegal will place your call into a queue for call-backs. I make these call-backs whenever there is an unexpected break in my schedule (for example, if a client doesn't show-up for an office conference, or if a conference or court hearing finishes early).
